Overview

Tag along with the Surfing in the Sixties team for a 7 night, 8 day surf and serve travel experience. Spend your mornings enjoying the epic point break that delivers endless right breaking waves, and throughout the afternoons you will be working in partnership with the "No Greater Love Orphanage" and doing projects that support the mission of this incredible project in El Salvador. Included in the package are accommodations, 3 meals per day, and transportation to and from the property. Room options include either single, double, or triple occupancy.

DAY 1

Full Week at a Glance

El SALVADOR 2023 TRIP AGENDA:


Wednesday February 15

Leave Orlando international airport at 7:49 AM and arrive at K 59 Surf Resort at 2:30ish. Evening surf session. Dinner at 6:30 celebrating our arrival and reconnect with staff and local friends.


Thursday February 16

5:00 AM coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session.Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Surf session till noon. Lunch at 12:30. Work session at No Greater Love Orphanage 2:00 to 5:00 Evening surf session. Dinner at 6:30.


Friday February 17

5:00 AM coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session.Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Surf session till noon. Lunch at 12:30. Work session at No Greater Love Orphanage 2:00 to 5:00 Evening surf session. Dinner at 6:30.


Saturday February 18

5:00 AM coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session.Breakfast at 8:00 AM.9:00 to 4:00 - King Of K 59 surf contest and lunch for all contestants and contest staff. 4:00 to 6:00 awards ceremony and pool party and snacks for contestants and contest staff. Dinner at 6:30.


Sunday February 19

5:00 AM coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session.Breakfast at 8:00 AM. 9:00 to 11:00 surf session or church at No Greater Love. 11:30 Lunch. 12:30 - 5:30 Medical clinic and community giving (clothes, toys, school supplies and hygiene products) at No Greater Love Orphanage. Evening surf session. Dinner at 7:00.


Monday February 20

5:00 AM coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session. Breakfast at 8:00 AM. 9:00 to 11:00 surf session. Optional Day trip includes lunch shopping and waterfall hike return by 5:00. Evening surf session. Dinner at 6:30.

Optional all day trip to Volcanoes available - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Tuesday February 21

5:00 AM   coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session.Breakfast at 8:00 AM.Surf session till noon. Lunch at 12:30.Work session at No Greater Love Orphanage 2:00 to 5:00 Evening surf session. 6:30 Dinner at restaurant for sunset view with K59 Resort staff.


Wednesday February 22

5:00 AM  coffee and fruit and sunrise surf and / or yoga session.Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Surf session till noon. Lunch at 12:30.2:00 - Travel to Florida. Arrive in Orlando Airport at 9:12 PM.
